Nitro Construction Services developed a plan to change six large clean room HVAC RTU’s over a holiday outage including new spring isolation rails, piping, DDC Controls, humidifiers and electrical panel installation with new circuits for the new humidifiers. Testing and balancing was performed to allow the clean room to be tested and verified before putting back into compliance for operation. Many planning hours, skilled work crews and precise scheduling made the project a success and the customer had no production downtime.
